- The purpose of the tender is as follows: the conclusion of one (1) framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the granting of waste services so that the contracting authority can have its waste flows collect, remove and process its waste flows in an efficient and legitimate manner. The contracting authority has various offices, laboratories, pumping stations, workshops and treatment plants for performing its work. Various waste flows are released at these locations and waste services take place at all objects of the contracting authority. The provision of waste services is understood to mean, among other things, the collection, removal and processing (transport to waste processing or final processing) of various waste streams.
