- This is a pre-announcement of the tender 'Ships: the transition to zero-emission sailing' of the municipality of Utrecht. The aim of the Best Value tender is theentering into an agreement with one contractor for the tender 'Ships: the transition to zero-emission sailing' of the municipality of Utrecht. This includes the transformation of the Utrecht fleet (2 hybrid ships and 4 diesel ships) into emission-free ships and the purchase of a new kraanschip.
