Description: NS intends to take over to conclude an agreement with a supplier that is able to provide a schedule system for schedule-related staff. The purpose of the agreement is the creation of an assignment for the delivery, configuration, implementation, training and management and maintenance of the system. The reason for the long-term agreement is that the (planning) systems within NS are used very long-term, and NS can also continue to use the planning solution that is acquired in this tender for a long time.
The "Disys" service system that NS currently uses is mainly used for the planning of our uniformed colleagues, such as drivers and conductors. But there are also around 2,500 other employees who are also scheduled with Disys. By legislation and collective labor agreement agreements (which may be different per user group), but also by departmental and functional union methods, the Het scheduled process requires a lot of our employees
