Description:
The municipality of Gouda publishes the Basic Assignment (phase 1) for the sewer replacement and redevelopment of the Korte Akkeren Oud district. The work includes the replacement of the sewer system, the construction of a separate system including DITriool, raising and redesigning the public space, construction and replacement of paving and green areas, and coordination with third parties (including utility companies and housing association). The project is being carried out in four phases. In addition to the Basic Assignment, the portfolio contract includes the intention to award three Repeat Assignments (phases 2, 3 and 4) with comparable activities. The municipality intends to award these Repeat Orders through the negotiated procedure without prior notice on the basis of art. 2.36 Public Procurement Act 2012 and ARW 2016 chapter 6.1.9, provided that the conditions set are met.
