- The Framework Agreement for Smartcard expertise and services expires on 30-06-2023. The RDW wishes to contract (partly) similar services again by means of a new Framework Agreement to be concluded. The requested services concern the following knowledge areas:
1. License plate relatede activities:
- electronic Vehicle registration (eVR);
- mobile vehicle registration (mVR);
- digital CVO
2. Driving license card related activities:
- eID;
- development on tachograph;
- mobile driver license;
- electronic Driver License (eDL).
3. Other activities
- On-board computer taxi;
- Secure elements in vehicles;
- The development of wallet (national and European) in which mobile documents can be stored;
- Other mobile documents;
- Support and review PKI related activities for mobile documents and smart cards.
