Description:
System management and service desk fall under the ICT Victorie department. System management is responsible for the IT infrastructure of the office, production and the museum. The maintenance of all these areas and the many projects ensure that the need has arisen to hire extra capacity for regular management (expected 1 FTE). With the aim of being able to use the permanent employees more on projects. There are no permanent employees for the Service Desk team and we want to hire completely (expected 2 FTEs), whereby the management of these persons concerned will be done by the system administrators of Sound & Sound. In preparation for this tender, a written open market consultation is held with the possibility of discussing this with the participants. In the market consultation, market parties are asked information that can help with the elaboration of the European tender.
