- The municipality of Utrecht1 wants to conclude one framework agreement for supplying service cars in lease form (up to 4250 kg), being electric passenger cars, vans and light commercial vehicles. These vehicles are used for a variety of municipal activities, including supervision, management, maintenance, neighborhood -related services and other operational tasks. Scope of the assignment: the vehicles are used within various municipal departments for regular municipal activities. Expected size of the framework agreement: The municipality expects to purchase service cars over the entire term (up to 4 years) with an expected total value of € 5,500,000. This estimate is based on the planned replacement schedule of vehicles whose lease contracts end, in combination with the ambition to reduce the total number of vehicles by around 10%.
