Pre -announcement tendering - for information
The contracting authority intends to publish a tender for the hiring, structure and reduction of tent accommodations and other facilities for camp Heumensoord, which is set up annually during the Four Days of Nijmegen.
This pre -announcementonly serves for information. No rights can be derived from this.
Provisional chimney dates (subject to change):
First Schouw: 20 May 2025 (registration no later than 15 May) - site is currently empty.
Second Schouw: July 8, 2025 (registration no later than 3 July) - camp under construction.Participation in De Schouw is mandatory for tenderers. The data is subject to the final planning.
The contracting authority is looking for an experienced and reliable contractor who can deliver, build and maintain high -quality tent accommodations and facilities, with an integralResponsibility for implementation.
The actual procurement documents, including the program of requirements and the guideline, will be published at a later time.
Note: The realization of camp Heumensoord is a time -critical assignment in which strict deadlines apply. Also servesthe camp to be built up in a water extraction area, which brings extra challenges.
