Description: The projects and implementation department realizes the projects for the water board. The Senior Contract Advisor becomes part of the Specialist Technical and Contract Management Team. This department is subdivided into clusters, each with their own IPM team. As an adviser you will be the right hand of the CM people of both the dredging and water safety & infrastructure cluster. As a Senior Contract Advisor you are part of the project teams responsible for a cluster of dredging projects and a Water Safety & Infra cluster. These activities are put on the market via RAW specifications (UAV) and UAV-GC contracts. You are accountable to the contract manager and you report monthly about the progress of the projects. You are also supportive to the purchasing advisor. The request relates to the role of senior contract advisor for the preparation and implementation phase. The project team is structured in accordance with the IPM model. WSHD works with Project Management Methodology Prince2.
