- The municipality of Urk is developing a new district, the so-called Zeeheldenwijk. It is expected that approximately 1,600 homes will be built in this district over a period of approximately 20 years for approximately 6,000 residents. In the center of the district there is room for social facilities, including educationjs.
The ambition is, in the interest of the optimal development of children, to develop a community school for children aged 0 to 12 years. The intended partners and the municipality have had discussions, developed a vision and had the results recordedgene in a letter of intent. The building will have a GFA of approximately 3,800 m2: approximately 3,000 m2 GFA for the schools and 800 m2 GFA for the PSU.
