Description: This assignment includes the redevelopment of the property at the Huis ter Heideweg 62 (HTH62). This property has been rented first since mid-2020 and taken into use as an office by the LMS and various chain partners involved in COVID-19 crisis management. In January 2021 it was purchased by the police for the development of the Dutch Organization and in development under development for supra-regional and national crisis management. The building should be adapted to facilitate these organizations and allow the building meet the requirements of the current time and future (laws and regulations).
The total project size is approximately 12,700 m2 of BVO (approx. 8,600 m2 of BVO office space and 4,100 m2 of BVO underground parking garage).
