Description:
Vitens outsources Security Operations Center (SOC) services for 24/7 monitoring, detecting, analyzing and escalating cybersecurity threats within a hybrid IT/OT architecture. The scope includes log analysis, use case development, threats intelligence integration, incident detection, triage and support for incident response, based on data from on-premise, cloud (including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and OT environments (SCADA/PLC). The service is provided in a hybrid model where: Vitens remains responsible for incident response and the supplier for detection, analysis and advice. The assignment starts with an 'asis' transition and develops towards a continuous optimization of detection capabilities and security monitoring, aimed at reducing false positives and improving threat detection. The SOC service provider operates as an integral partner and contributes to continuous improvement of security maturity within a complex, mission-critical infrastructure.
