- The goal of the municipality of Maastricht (client) is to digitize and automate parking enforcement in paid parking spaces using at least one scan car, software modules on the telephone and a back office system. Become in the desired end statethe images from the scanning unit in the back office are displayed on a screen, after which an enforcer, with or without follow-up on the street, carries out the check and may or may not impose a sanction. There is a desire to eventually also enforce criminally inconvenient parking behavior (Mulder Facts). BiAt the start of the assignment, GEO maps will be made available by the client to the contractor. The Client is responsible for continuous updating of the GEO maps.
