Deze aanbesteding “Satellietcommunicatie op schepen” met zaaknummer 31206638 ten behoeve van de Rijksrederij van Rijkswaterstaat heeft als doel het waarborgen van de continuïteit van de dienstverlening en uitvoering van overheidstaken op het water, voor zeven schepen met de optie om uit te breiden naar maximaal veertien schepen, door het voorzien in de behoefte aan connectiviteit voor de duur van drie jaar met drie maal optioneel één jaar verlenging. The government resource wants an optimally working satellite communication for maritime applications, primarily aimed at data connection (internet) for business purposes and continuing the current services with regard to measurements, incidents, calamities and research tasks and secondary aimed at the well -being of the crew (Crew Welfare).
