- IntroductionThe Court uses SAP SuccessFactors to support and administer it-s recruitment and performance management HR processes.The Court-s existing contract for SAP SuccessFactors license subscription ends in December 2023. The ICC therefore wishes to engage with external service providers to deliver the SAP SuccessFactors subscription licenses and to deliver and support the recruitment and performance and goals administrative processes in SAP SuccessFactors.BackgroundThe ICC SAP SuccessFactors modules currently in use are: E-Recruitment Performance & Goals The ICC has implemented the Recruiting and Performance and Goals modules of SAP SuccessFactors in 2013 with a standard integration solution with the SAP ERP and BW systems in use at the Court.At this moment in time, the Court has no plans to implement additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
