Description:
The seven swimming pools of the municipality of The Hague are technically managed by the Bouw & Techniek department of OCW Sports facilities. Because all basins in these swimming pools in accordance with legislation and regulations Bal-H15 Bal-H15 must be periodically sampled and analyzed for nearly 20 parameters, the Department looking for a suitable mark party that can perform the work.
The work mainly consists of:
-the monthly purchase of samples of the bathing water;
-the monthly analysis of the samples;
-the monthly sharing of the lab results with the client and/or competent authority.
This with the aim of continuing to comply with laws and regulations. The sampling will be carried out during opening hours without the need for the swimming pools.
Excluded from These assignment are:
- Measuring daily, in accordance with laws and regulations of class I parameters that are carried out by the staff of the swimming pools themselves;
-the drinking water Legionella sampling and analysis.
Duration of the assignment
Client wishes to enter into a framework agreement with The contractor for an initial period of two (2) years, with options unilaterally due to the client to extend two (2) times one (1) year.
