• Description:
• The proposed assignment concerns the sale of soil, asphalt and other building materials. The assignment includes: Taking, processing, registering, depositing and/or examining building materials released from works by the municipality, soil and/or mixtures of building materials and soil of which: • the environmental health quality is not known in advance and therefore cannot be used directly by the municipality for reuse; • the environmental hygiene quality is only known on the basis of the municipal soil quality maps; • the environmental hygiene quality is only known on the basis of an exploratory soil investigation, carried out in accordance with NEN5740 and NEN5707 or on the basis of an indicative research on a batch of non-designed building materials; • the environmental hygiene quality is known on the basis of an investigation (batch inspection) in accordance with the Soil Quality Decree; • the tar content of the asphalt is determined on the basis of an investigation in accordance with CROW publication 210. The tenderer(s) to be contracted must ensure final collection or ensure that the released materials are processed or stored in such a way that maximum reuse of the materials offered by the municipalities is possible again. All municipal departments, as well as the Belvédère Wijkontwikkelingmaatschappij B.V., can offer soil, asphalt, non-formed and shaped building materials and mixtures of building materials and soil. The transport (removal and supply) of the materials to and from the contractor's collection point (processing facility) takes place by the relevant contractor of the work and falls outside the scope of this tender.
