Description:
The municipality of Eindhoven will launch one of the latest development locations for housing in Meerhoven. The location is unique: free in the Central Landscape Park Meerland. With a request among market parties, we search on the basis of selection criteria for sustainability, spatial quality, program and land price plans that optimally give substance to our ambitions for this beautiful part of Eindhoven. By means of sale at registration, a living program can be realized with a maximum of 60 apartments (at least 80% medium duration) in a residential tower with an underground parking garage that does justice to the surrounding landscape. The selection takes place in two rounds: for the first round we ask for a vision (Deadline 03072023), which is further elaborated in the second round to a plan (Deadline 01122023). We will announce the final winner in the first quarter of 2024.
