- The municipality of Nijmegen wishes to realize around 225 homes in various places in the north of the Waalsprong, in the project area "Landscape Zone". This ambition has been established in the "Landscape Zone" zoning plan. The starting point is that the 225 homes are carefully integrated into the landscape setting, so that distinctive residential environments are created and the green character of the landscape zone continues to predominate. The aim of this project is the development and realization of a maximum of 30 floating homes and the design of the public area, tailored to the landscape setting on the Oosterhoutseplas.
