Description:
The municipalities of Dalfsen, Hardenberg, Kampen, Ommen, Staphorst, Steenwijkerland, Zwartewaterland and Zwolle have been working together in the IJsselVecht region for some time in the field of social care and sheltered housing. Implementation has shown that existing agreements do not apply in places in sheltered housing Safehouses. The target group that uses this needs other forms of support, more specifically aimed at recovery-oriented support for residents with addiction problems. Based on the experiences and evaluations gained, the municipalities that the need for Safehouses will continue to exist in the near future. That is why the municipalities want to formally purchase the order through an Admission Procedure (purchasing procedure) and conclude agreements with providers of Safehouses. As part of the process to achieve a high-quality purchasing procedure this market consultation will be held. The market consultation consists of two phases: first the written answers to the questions, followed by a plenary round of discussions on Monday, January 26 2026.
