Description:
Since the introduction of the Wmo 2015, municipalities have been responsible for an integral approach to violence in dependency relationships, including providing care and guidance to victims. Violence in dependency relationships means: violence within relationships in the domestic circle, Including violence committed by (former) partners, parents, brothers-sisters, family or house friends, as well as violence committed in care relationships such as by volunteers or caregivers and situations of human trafficking. The term "domestic" does not indicate the physical location where the violence takes place, but In the relationship between perpetrator and victim. For this care and guidance, the center municipalities receive a financial contribution from the national government through the Decentralization Safe Reception (DU VO) in the Municipal Fund.
