Description: The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude two framework agreements (see Appendix 8) with suppliers who carry out psychological studies for the selection of all functions with statutory safety (a) K (s) now or in the future. The legal safety tasks are described in the Railway staff decision and on the RailAlert website (document psychological fitness requirements).
For all studies they (can) consist of the following parts:
- Front selection online (intelligence tests, personality research),
- Legal compulsory inspection, re-inspection or diagnostic research,
- Research into and advice on job fitness and development / training advice.
ProRail wishes to close the framework agreements for the duration of four years, with two two years extension options.
