- In order to be able to provide the large expansion on Zeeburgereiland (Amsterdam) with electricity, a substation for network operators Tennet & Liander must be realized here. The energy supply of Zeeburgereiland is now being done by OS Hoogt Kadijk. By building the new OS-ZBE, OS Hoogte Kadijk can be relieved and local growth is collected. Tennet part: New construction of two Twin-GIS halls and combined with Liander a false façade with entrance gates and terrain paving. The work includes the architectural part including the building -related facilities. The GIS installations are not part of the scope of the present tender. Liander part: new construction of a 106mva station consisting of three (open) transformer boxes and two installation rooms for one 10kV installation with tertiary and living space. Combined with TenneT the construction of a false facade with entrance gates, terrain paving and mantle tubes for 10kv distribution network. The work includes the architectural part including the building -related facilities.
