The municipality is launching the development of Blok 1 Rijnhaven, located in the Feijenoord sub -area, via a European competitive dialogue in the market. The municipality wants to contract a market party or combination of market parties that stands in the ripe ripe of the municipality against market -based Buy conditions and then brings its plan to development and realization for your own account and risk.
The Rijnhaven is located in the heart of Rotterdam and is surrounded by steadily developing areas such as the Wilhelminapier, Afrikaanderwijk and Katendrecht-Pols. The city Rotterdam - And especially the city center - is growing. With this planned growth it is time for the next step on the Kop van Zuid: the development of the Rijnhaven. Here we have the opportunity to compact and make it substantially compacted at the same time, with a maximum of 3000 new homes combined with a matching Non-residential program and a new city park to be constructed.
