Description:
The municipality of Rheden intends to organize preventive and corrective maintenance for the objects in its real estate portfolio for a longer period of time. By carrying out this, the municipality of Rheden aims to achieve a well-managed real estate portfolio in a good maintenance condition. Corretive maintenance Corrective maintenance is aimed at repairs based on malfunctions and complaints. Preventive maintenance Preventive maintenance is aimed at maintaining function, preventing and solving risks with regard to safety and health and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.The work to be carried out and services to be provided by the Contractor essentially consist of: • Carrying out corrective maintenance and repairs on all building-related and non-building-related electrical and mechanical installations, with the exception of the elevators.• Carrying out and reporting on mandatory/necessary testing and inspections based on legislation and regulations, particularly aimed at safety, health and the environment, and reporting on this. • Periodically accounting for corrective maintenance carried out, preventive maintenance progress andinspections/tests carried out.
