Please note: This concerns a retender of the previously published non-public tender "New construction MFA Bavel with reference M2503" on October 26, 2025. 2096" (Identification code 707660-2025), which the contracting authority has decided to withdraw. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the website the municipality: www.breda.nl. Assignment The municipality of Breda is developing a new MFA (Multi Functional Accommodation) in the village of Bavel. The new MFA consists of a sports hall (replacing the existing De Huif sports hall), a cultural hall, a catering industry and various associated spaces. The assignment essentially concerns: the work preparation and production of the Execution-Ready Design; carrying out the new construction of the MFA with a size of approximately 4100 m2 GFA; carrying out site work, or preparing the land for habitation (approx. 2,000 m²); the maintenance period is 12 months; In addition, maintenance of the installations is part of the assignment for 24 months, with a subsequent 2 x 12-month optional extension; Plots This one contract is not divided into lots.
