Description:
The objectives of the assignment are to map the scope and duration of the Netherlands' protection mission with regard to displaced persons from Ukraine. This includes an empirically substantiated estimate of the number of Ukrainian displaced persons who need to be protected in the Netherlands, the durationof this protection and the number of displaced Ukrainians residing in the Netherlands who will return.
The research being conducted must monitor the situation in Ukraine, which may influence departure and residence intentions. The above information must translate in a report that is submitted to PD OEK once a quarter. This research is used, among other things, for long-term policy, financial decision-making and forecasts.
The purpose of this tender is to conclude an Agreement for the provision of research servicesto the protection assignment for the Netherlands with one Tenderer who has submitted the Economically Most Advantageous Tender (EMVI) for the Assignment. The expected commencement date of the Agreement is March 1, 2024. The term of the intended Agreement is one (1) year withever the option of extending the term by two times for a maximum period of 12 months under the same conditions.
