- The accountant is responsible for certifying the annual accounts every year. The work to be carried out for this must comply with the professional standards and quality requirements as set by the Dutch Professional Organization of Accountants (NBA). formulated, in particular the “Additional Control Regulations and other standards” (NV COS). The inspection must of course be based on existing laws and regulations.
