Description:
The present tender focuses on the creation of a framework agreement for the re -profiling of ditches in various sub -areas (Almere), using a performance -oriented contract based on UAVGC. One sub -assignment is granted per sub -area. In total there are 5 sub -areas. There are therefore 5 partial assignments. The work for 1 sub -area (1 sub -assignment) is assigned per year. It is foreseen that the 5 sub -areas can be dedicated within the initial term of 4 years. Unless the framework agreement is terminated earlier, canceled, the duration of the Framework agreement, however, until all sub -areas are assigned. The motivation for an optional longer duration than 4 years, is thus hanging together.
