Description:
Starlight is the central booking system of Ster. This supports the entire primary sales process. StarLight is the core application, with other (sub) applications, such as CRM, AFAS (Financial and HR), the Ster customer portal and the website integrate. StarLight is the order management system with which ± 45 users (internal star) work with every day and the source where the external booking systems of media agencies collect data. The StarLight core application consists of an outdated "technology stack" (client server) which is maintained by a development and management team, which is approaching the retirement age. This is the reason to start preparing a (possible) European tender, which monitors the replacement of the Starlight application and the realization of defined functional extensions. Ster wants to involve the market in the preparation for the possible future tender.
