Description: The University Facility Management (UFB) is one of the central service providers of the university. The UFB provides a wide range of services and products, such as catering, copying and printing, mail and transport, building facilities, photography and audiovisual resources.
An important part of the service is catering for students and employees. In addition, a number of 'cafes' and coffee rooms are in use.
Contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with three suppliers for the replacement and / or purchase of equipment for these installations and the desired small installation projects.
The management of the internal catering is entrusted to the Catering Management Office, which also acts as manager of the framework agreements to be concluded via this procedure.
