Description:
MatlogCo wishes to purchase six (6) tanker sprayers and optionally a maximum of one (1) tanker sprayers. The delivery of the Products also includes the assignment to provide training for both users/operators of the tankers and for mechanics. In addition, MatlogCo wishes for researchTo maintain the tanker sprayers, enter into a maintenance agreement for a period of fifteen (15) years, including the option of five (5) x one (1) year. The duration of the maintenance agreement is based on the expected lifespan of the tankers. In addition, the assignment includes the option to create an afroep to be done up to three (3) years after delivery for one (1) piece.
