  • Due to the age of the fire alarm systems installed in buildings 308/309 and 312/313, these must be replaced. In particular, obtaining replacement hardware has become problematic / impossible. The existing system in 312/13 will be replaced by two new ones Systems and one system for the extinguishing gas in 313. The existing system in 308/309 will be replaced by 1 new system. The buildings 308 and 309 each consist of 3 storeys and consist mainly of offices, with some technical spaces. Building 312 has 5 storeys and consists of offices, Laboratory spaces and technical spaces. Building 313 has one storey and consists of offices, a workshop, a fitness room and technical spaces. There are also server rooms where a fire gas installation has been installed. Building 313 is building 324 that is used for storage of chemical waste. The buildings 308, 309, 312, 313 and 324 all fall under this tender.
