Purpose of the tender
The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the rental and service of sanitary facilities facilities for various locations.
The client has from 30-04-2030, by mutual consent of the parties, the right to extend it two (2) times by two (2) years under the same terms and conditions. The total term of the framework agreement is set at 8 years.
The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is made on the basis of evaluation of the performance delivered.
This framework agreement will then end by operation of law.
The Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer with the 'Economically Most Advantageous Tender (EMVI)', on the basis of the Tender with the 'Best Price-Quality Ratio' by applying the award method based on value.
