• Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: Purpose of the tender The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the rental and service of sanitary facilities for various locations. The term of this framework agreement is four (4) years from the effective date 01052026. The client has from 30042030, at mutual consent of the parties, the right to extend it two (2) times for two (2) years under the same terms and conditions. The total term of the framework agreement is set at 8 years. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is made on the basis of an evaluation of the performance delivered. This framework agreement will then end by operation of law. The Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer with the 'Economically Most Advantageous Tender (EMVI)', based on the Tender with the 'Best Price-Quality Ratio' by applying the award on value method. Assignment description and scope Assignment description: With this tender, the client wants to provide the participating municipal locations with sanitary facilities and all-in service for this. The scope and location(s) of the services may change during the term of the framework agreement as a result of changes in business operations. The tenderer must take this into account and offer sufficient flexibility. The Client expressly reserves the right to add, change or cancel locations during the term of the framework agreement.
