- The tender for the rent and maintenance of scanstraten takes place through one tender procedure. In order to give SMEs a chance for (part of) the assignment, this tender is divided into two plots: plot 1: rent of scan streets The rent of scanstraten including Metal detection gates, hand metal detectors and Xray (luggage inspection) machines for the following events of the First and Lower House (not exhaustive): Prinsjesdag (annually); Monumentendag (annually); OSVSE in 2026 (organization for safety and cooperation in Europe, one -off). Plot 2: Maintenance of scan streets The preventive and corrective maintenance of the next XRay (luggage inspection) machines and metal detection gates owned by the second Room.
