Description: The project includes the renovation of the Gemini building for the Mechanical Engineering faculties (ME) and Biomedical Engineering (BME). Gemini Noord in particular includes laboratories, educational rooms and technical rooms.
Contractor will be responsible for the total renovation, which will hold over globally:
- Demolition and remediation work on site of the transcending Labs, Beech 4,
- guarantees through functioning, guarantees safety and limit nuisance within the set requirements for the transcending labs,
- Tuning Implementation and Research Planning Labs,
- convert and connect by functioning labs on new building infrastructure,
- Revising, removing and renewing crane tracks - Terrain work including deepened entrances and shafts to the basement of the building,
- Getting the BREEAM Excellent Certificate,
- Application of new facades and roof finishes,
- Replacing the installations.
