Description: Municipality of Utrecht consists of 20 organizational components that are housed in approximately 30 locations in the city of Utrecht. A total of approximately 4,000 people work within the municipality. Regularity is moved: within one of the buildings or between the different buildings. Usually concerns these removals between 5 and 40 workplaces. Sometimes it concerns a larger project. Removals are carried out during office hours and with the exception outside office hours: both in the evening hours and during the weekend. This will remain so in the future. The relocations that cannot be made by the employees themselves are outsourced.
