- The Municipality is responsible for the reintegration and participation of residents who belong to the target group of the Participation Act and need support. The Municipality aims to support them towards social self-reliance, active participation in society and de labor market. In this way we increase social security and ensure that everyone participates equally and there is a job opportunity for everyone.
Within this tender, the "Socially fit", "Work fit" and "Training" courses are offered as an integrated offer through the continuous learning process.provided and in separate modules if necessary. The Municipality acts as director and determines which offer is most suitable for specific Candidates.
The scope of this assignment consists of Facilities for Social Fit, Work Fit and Training. These terms match the definitions from EVA as established in the SZW policy plan.
Social fit focuses on activating Candidates to take steps towards greater social participation, perspective and social security;
Work fit focuses on strengthening the employee skills of the Candidatesto accept and maintain paid work;
