Tenders are invited for Refurbishment Estec Transformer Station 31n G Zone Price Range 500 KEURO Authorized Contact Person Emilienne Hepp This plant operates continuously and plays a crucial role in supporting ESA ESTEC's core activities. Currently, the production plant consists of 1 heat pump, 4 chillers, 3 boilers, and other associated machinery and distribution manifolds. The electrical power distribution backbone at ESTEC comprises a local 10kV electrical power distribution grid organized in a 4x Rings configuration, with the production plant currently supplied from Ring-3. Due to the aging equipment, increasing demand for chilled water, and anticipated requirements arising from planned construction works as part of the ESTEC evolution plan, the decision has been made to upgrade two existing cooling machines, Chiller 1 and Chiller 2, with modern models boasting larger capacities. The goal for this procurement is to enhance electrical capacity in the production area to accommodate the new machinery expected to be installed, as well as to relocate the existing Heat Pump connection from transformer station 31T to transformer station 31N.All activities must be executed with minimal disruption to the current production process, necessitating careful preparation of a migration plan
