Description:
The scope of the assignment concerns the delivery, assembly and return of:
standard office furniture;
custom furniture (such as quiet workstations, counters, receptions, concentration workstations, canteens, lounge workstations, etc.).
furniture for clinics and ambulance stations.ten (GGD);
mobile spaces (such as meeting and quiet rooms).
home workplace furniture.
As part of the purchase of this delivery, the following additional services are requested;
Removal service. This concerns both indoors and to another location, including indoor transportn by road
Designs. Creating an interior design and advice for various furnishing issues.
Repair, replacing broken parts See section 2.3
Renovating/modernizing. This includes work such as reupholstering, refinishing, providing a desk/meeting tablea new table top, replacing or refinishing the base, etc.
Furniture assessment. Estimating to what extent existing furniture is suitable for refurbishment.
Contract is entered into with 20 contracting authorities in East Brabant, being:
-The municipalities: Bernheze, Best, Bladel, Cranendonck, Eersel, Geldrop-Mierlo, Gemert-Bakel, Heeze-Leende, Laarbeek, Land van Cuijk, Maashorst, Oirschot, Reusel-de Mierden, Valkenswaard, Vught, Waalre.
-The organizations: KempenPlus, GGD Brabant Zuidoost, Omgevingsdienst Brabant -North and the Southeast Brabant Environmental Service.
