- The Scheurhaven on the Rozenburg headland offers space for various nautical service providers in the port. The current berths for tugs in the Scheurhaven require maintenance or replacement. In addition, the tugboats have grown in width and draft so that the bottom depth in the Scheurhavand inadequate. At low tide the tugboats touch the bottom. Mere dredging is not an option because the slopes are already very steep and the harbor is very narrow. In addition to replacing the berths, deepening is therefore also necessary.
