Description: Municipality of Schiedam (hereinafter: municipality) intends to redevelop the pepper clip location. The pepper clip location is located in the pre-war Schiedam-Oost district. The current school and sports facilities are added to new construction. This offers the opportunity to realize a programmatic ' heart of the district ' on the pepper clip location. The heart of the neighborhood is a multifunctional place that invites to encounter both in a programmatic and physical sense. The purpose of the redevelopment is to contribute to improving the quality of life in Schiedam-Oost. To export this challenging and comprehensive assignment, the municipality is looking for a partner. A partner to jointly shape a feasible plan. A partner who has experience with similar statements and a difference dares to make at this place.
