Description: The objective of this sales process is the sale and redevelopment of the land within the Jan Pietersz plan area. Coenstraat 40 and there the realization of a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 14 homes for the target group of smaller households (1 and 2-person households). The assignment, which is provided to the winning tenderer by means of a purchase and development agreement, contains its own Develop the account and risk of the plan area. The buyer thus assumes the following obligations: integral design and realization of the real estate with a varied range; integral design and realization of the public space; purchase and decrease land; realization, marketing and renting/selling the real estate; Return of the public space to the municipality for the value of EUR 1, = Environmental Consultation after award. With the winning tenderer, the purchase and development agreement will be concluded within one month after final award, in which agreements are made about the land collection, the development of the plan and the realization of the project.
