- The objectives of this project are as follows: 1. Replacing the existing sewer system to remedy structural defects and subsidence and to improve the reliability of the sewer system. 2. Adjusting the paving (asphalt and element paving) so that it matches the current Municipal policy and the desired spatial quality. 3. Increasing the climate resistance of the neighborhood by disconnecting rainwater from the mixed sewer system. 4. Improve the living environment through a redesign of the public space that meets the wishes and needs of residents. 5. Integrated approach to the outdoor space, whereby green areas, road safety and user comfort are included.
