Kennisnet attaches great importance to the relationship with the service provider to be selected and is therefore looking for a flexible and high-quality service organization.
The following objectives are intended with this tender:
1. Selecting a party to be commissionedof Kennisnet can, where appropriate, recruit, search and pre-select suitable candidates for difficult-to-fill and/or specialist positions, with the aim of successfully filling the vacancy as quickly as possible.
2. This may include all current or future functionspicture in job levels 8 to 14 of the Kennisnet job classification system and belonging to the job families Strategic and Tactical advice, Project management, Product and domain management, Technology, Policykeld for Kennisnet using the Hay job evaluation methodology. The job matrix is made up of seven job families. Each job family is subdivided into different levels.
