- The assignment concerns the delivery of recruitment and selection services and the execution of selection, development and sub -assessments for fixed functions within Senzer. The focus is on functions that are difficult to fill, such as higher management positions, specialists and advisers. Senzer consciously opts for specialization per segment, by dividing the assignment into three plots. This enables market parties to register for what they excel in. Flexibility is important here: the agreement leaves room for customized solutions per vacancy or situation. A separate plot for assessments makes it possible to have them performed by an independent party. This guarantees the objectivity of the selection process, especially with internal candidates or when several agencies are involved in recruitment.
