Description: The province of Noord-Brabant, hereinafter referred to as a contracting authority, intends to make the project: designing and realizing the reconstruction of the N282 and N260A by widening the road to 2x2 lanes incl. Ship K & L and Vri, to spend. For this purpose, contracting authority carries out a tendering procedure in accordance with the European non-public procedure of the ARW 2016 Chapter 3 to conclude an agreement.
The contracting authority intends to provide the command for design and implementing work in the form of an integrated contract with application of the uniform administrative conditions for integrated contract forms 2005 (UAV-GC 2005).
