- Description:
- The municipality of The Hague has the legal task (Article 5: 8 paragraph 3 of the Dutch Civil Code) to transport and to keep and care for at least two weeks of found animal in need of help (animals with a suspected owner). The municipality is also responsible for removing dead (board) animals from the public road. Municipalities are free to fill this task at their own discretion. The Municipality of The Hague wishes to contract the following specific tasks contractually and thereby wishes to enter into an agreement with a maximum of two contractors for an initial period of two (2) years, with options unilaterally ready to extend two (2) times one unilateral (1 year. The OM the following tasks: the care of dogs and cats part of the task is the extra care and vaccination of young kittens.
