Description:
Among other things because of animal neglect, animal abuse or improper possession, animals are removed from the holder or caregiver of these animals every year. This can be done on the basis of criminal law or administrative law. RVO is responsible for the temporary care and care of these animals. This is done pending a decision by: 1) The Public Prosecution Service, 2) The Department of Animal Welfare of RVO or 3) The NVWA, about the destination of the animal. In some cases the animals are returned, in other cases the animals are sold or donated to third parties. The social context is sensitive. Not all owners or caregivers accept the seizure or carrying their animals. Moreover, political and social organizations pay attention to the way in which the government deals with animal welfare. Client wants to outsource the reception and care of seized and custody taken in custody and horses.
